Get named when customers ask AI who to hire.
When someone asks ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude for the best in your business, in your city, you're either in the answer or you're not. Most businesses have never checked. I measure it, find out exactly why, and fix the things that decide it.
The answer has two or three names in it
A search page shows ten links and the customer picks. An AI assistant picks for them. Ask it for the best real estate agent in San Diego or a trusted accountant near me and it names a few businesses, with reasons. If you're not one of them, that customer never sees you.
A good reputation is usually not the problem. Being reachable by somebody who doesn't already know your name is.

Measure
I ask the questions your customers ask, on every major assistant, and score each answer.
Diagnose
I check every public profile by hand and find what the machines are reading instead of you.
Fix
Structured data, credentials, pages, profiles and reviews. The inputs that decide the answer.
Re-measure
Same questions, same scoring, against your baseline. You see the number move, or you see that it hasn't.
Findable is not the same as chosen
Most of what's sold as "AI SEO" is the first column. Both matter. Only one of them gets you recommended.
Findable
Getting into the index
Sitemap, Google Search Console, Bing, IndexNow. Plumbing that lets search engines and AI systems read your pages at all. It shows up in weeks.
Chosen
Getting recommended
Credentials stated clearly, reviews, structured data, and the same facts on every profile. What decides whether you're the name that comes back. It takes longer, and nobody can put a date on it.
I run it on my own businesses first
The Sign Ninjas SD. Every automation I sell runs my own San Diego business before I offer it to anyone. The content engine generates and schedules fourteen posts a week there.
This business, too. On 7 October 2026, before this site existed, I ran the full audit on Haas Business Solutions. Named in 0 of 30 shopping questions, and every assistant asked about us by name said it couldn't find us. I'll publish the re-measure here.
Questions people ask first
How do I get ChatGPT to recommend my business?
Make the facts about your business easy for a machine to read and confirm: the same name, phone and service area everywhere, structured data on your site, pages that name your city and specialty, and reviews on the platforms AI systems check. Measure first, so you know which of those is actually holding you back.
Can you guarantee my business will be recommended?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. AI assistants give different answers to the same question. I fix the inputs they read, measure where you start, and re-measure against that baseline.
Is this the same as SEO?
It overlaps. Traditional SEO gets your pages found. AI visibility is about whether an assistant chooses to name you when someone asks for a recommendation. Much of the work helps both.
Find out where you stand
Tell me your business and city. I'll run a handful of the questions your customers ask AI assistants and send you what came back, with a note on what stands out. Free, and no obligation.
